That trace carrier is not khamr — the alcohol the Quran prohibits, such as wine, beer, or spirits made to intoxicate — and is far too small to intoxicate no matter how much is consumed. The world's major Islamic legal councils, including the International Islamic Fiqh Academy, have ruled that non-khamr alcohol of this kind and quantity does not make food haram.
